ZEUS Series is IMET’s premium industrial radio remote control series (Italy), specifically designed for applications requiring high reliability, flexible configuration, and strict safety standards.

Unlike conventional remote controllers, the ZEUS Series is positioned as a complete command station, allowing flexible configuration for different machine systems, from standard overhead cranes to complex heavy industrial applications.

Within this product range, ZEUS3 is the most outstanding model, widely selected for overhead crane, gantry crane, and large-scale lifting equipment projects.

ZEUS 3 is an industrial radio remote control system developed by IMET (Italy), designed to meet control requirements for multi-axis lifting applications such as overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and heavy-duty industrial lifting equipment.

The system supports flexible configuration of joystick quantity and type, including both single-axis and dual-axis joysticks, suitable for independent movements or synchronized tandem axes within the same equipment. The control configuration is developed according to the operational logic of the lifting system rather than fixed controller layouts.

ZEUS 3 supports a large number of ON/OFF and analog commands, enabling integration of both primary and auxiliary control functions into a single controller. This allows the device to support both standard crane systems and applications with multiple movements requiring complex control operations.

Equipped with an emergency STOP button compliant with PL e – Cat.4 / SIL3 safety standards, combined with continuous signal monitoring systems to detect faults quickly and minimize operational risks.

Dual-axis (tandem) movements are processed as a single control channel with parallel outputs, ensuring no increase in processing load and no impact on system stability or response time.
